Sands Beach Cub has the largest, most private beach on the Grand Strand. At the end of Shore Drive, the resort is surrounded on three sides by the Ocean, acres of undeveloped Beach, Singleton Swash, Dunes Golf and Beach Club, Singleton marshlands, and Singleton Lake. The closest public access is about the resort, and there is no through traffic or public parking close to the resort, making it quiet, safe, 300 yards from, and secure. 

Sands Beach Club has its own chef-operated restaurant and bar one floor above the ocean, with Sunset Views overlooking the Ocean, Beach, Swash, and grounds. While Restaurant Row has many restaurants overlooking the intercoastal waterway, there are very few restaurants in Myrtle Beach that overlook the Ocean and have sunset views. 

Sands Beach Club has many of the same amenities as top-tier resorts, but there are some unique ones that stand out from other resorts. There is an indoor/outdoor pool for year-round comfort, with the heated indoor portion surrounded by tall floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the marsh, ocean, and beach. Tennis courts, a pickleball court, and a basketball hoop are also available.
