Located right off the main road that leads to the beach in Cherry Grove, Pointe Marsh 2406 serves up some of the best grassy marsh views in North Myrtle Beach! The ocean is half a mile from your door and the expansive tidal view with a coastal horizon backdrop is what keeps visitors coming back again and again. This popular beach house is near all the attractions that Cherry Grove is known for and most are within walking distance. But if you want to indulge yourself and travel as many locals do, you can rent a golf cart for your vacation, too.
With five bedrooms, there's space for your whole group and everyone will have fun around the in-ground shallow splash pool. You'll also appreciate the outside shower and shaded lounge area that's perfect for grilling family meals. Inside, delightful features make your vacation a pure pleasure: ample natural light, modern baths and appliances, nautical décor, and the kind of inviting furniture you'll want to flop into after a day of sunning on the beach.
If you're visiting during the wintertime chilly months, an electric fireplace will warm you up with a soothing ambiance. And if you don't do stairs – no problem! The elevator makes it a cinch to go up and down.

Avg. Rating:The house was nice and enough space for our family. We were happy to have an elevator since we have 2 with mobility issues. The pool was not able to be used since it was full of leaves and no skimmer to clean it out and the water level was low.Quiet neighborhood overall. Confusing about when to put out the trash since the 2 green cans were full when we arrived and at the end of the driveway. The next day we received a text to roll out for Tuesday morning but there was no pickup and what was picked up Monday was from the previous renters with some left in the cans(after pickup) and we later discovered more trash in a can in the carport. Maintenance was very responsive to the reports about things we noticed upon arrival although we didn't feel they were urgent needs(but greatly appreciate the response should we have needed something urgent). We would stay again but will need to confirm that the pool is ready.
My family stayed here Christmas day through New Years day. It was a beautiful home on a beautiful marsh and a really nice area of Cherry Grove South Carolina behind the putt putt course. The elevator was great because i was not able to walk up and down stairs. The master suite is awesome with walk-in shower and large tub. Everything from bedrooms to kitchen and laundry room was super nice. It would be a pleasure to stay here again and recommend to everyone.
Beautiful home in a beautiful location absolutely loved the marsh.
Location of this house is spectacular. It sits behind a put-put course with an arcade & ice cream shop within walking distance to beach & shopping. Stop by Sunset Slush for amazing Italian ice. House was large enough to fit our entire family & we were lucky enough to be right beside the HOA president which came in handy to finding out about the neighborhood rules.
