This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. 
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Open to the dining and living area, it’s the perfect space to spend quality time with your favorite people. There is also plenty of room for dining and lounging. 

This fabulous find has a second living area complete with a poker table. You’ll appreciate multiple flatscreen TVs and complimentary WIFI. For those who don't do stairs, there's an elevator. An in-unit washer and dryer means no dirty towels piling up. Central heat and air keep the house at an optimal temperature. There are plenty of outdoor amenities as well. Soak in the bubbling hot tub. Cool off by taking a lap in the sparkling, saltwater swimming pool (can be heated for a fee).  Just Coasting provides a relaxing oasis without even leaving the property but when it’s time to head to the beach, take a short walk across the street. Go parasailing or jet-skiing. Get an adrenaline rush on a banana boat ride or feel like a kid again as you jump ocean waves. Ocean Drive has locally owned restaurants, unique shops, arcades, and nightlife.
