This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

A McAllister House is a four bedroom, three bath luxury beach house. This pet friendly rental ($300 refundable deposit) has a well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. There is also a washer and dryer for added convenience on your vacation. This North Myrtle Beach luxury rental has WIFI, flatscreen TVs and DVD players. The game room has a foosball table and dart board and there is an outdoor pool. Central heat and air makes this an ideal getaway any time of year.
The sun shines into A McAllister House for a warm, bright feeling each day. A quick walk, run or bike ride finds you celebrating the sandy beach of North Myrtle Beach. A McAllister House was a great place to stay, and very convenient location. Only a block and a half from the Beach, and short drive to all the attractions in the North Myrtle Beach/Myrtle Beach area.
Our house was really close to the beach and we enjoyed the fenced in yard with a private pool so we could keep an eye on our fur babies while we relaxed by/in the pool. We would stay here again, the neighborhood was quiet and friendly and it was close to the beach and activities/shopping.
