This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The rental is only a short walk (or golf cart ride!) away from the beach making it convenient to tow the family, including your favorite furry friend and your belongings along easily.
Inside this relaxing pet-friendly retreat, you will find numerous amenities to make your North Myrtle Beach vacation a memorable one. With numerous TV's, you can stay caught up on your favorite shows or games. Post your vacation photos on your social media and make all your friends and relatives jealous or surf the internet to make reservations at the 100's of restaurants in the area, or even a tee time at one of the local championship golf courses.
