The great room consists of the living and dining room and the kitchen - all spacious with hardwood flooring. Several windows brighten up the entire house with natural South Carolina sunshine. Preparing meals will be easy in the fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances and granite countertops. Each bedroom has a window and plenty of space to unpack so you can feel at home. There are several places to relax at Trace's of the Sea, including the second-floor covered front porch, the exterior space beneath the front porch, and the game room. Host a family BBQ in the grilling area, which thoughtfully includes a grill and room for everyone to gather and feast on the grillmasters cooking. Trace's of the Sea will inspire you to spend quality time with family, friends, or your special someone with many quiet spots throughout the house. Complimentary WIFI is provided. Kids will love connecting to their devices, playing games, and keeping in touch with friends. Several flatscreen TVs mean no fighting over the remote.

We had a group of 7 with plenty of room to spare. The living room is an open concept with the kitchen. The bedrooms are roomy as well. We could have used one more bathroom but we shared and it worked out. The pool was a little chilly but it was October so not unexpected. We did alot of cooking and the kitchen is pretty well stocked minus kitchen towels. The walk to beach is short and we had perfect weather all week! We all agreed we would return!
We did a week's family vacay at Traces by the Sea. The short distance to the beach was everything!! The house is in a great spot. Just a short walk to restaurants and the grocery store. The house was very spacious for our group of 7, and could easily accommodate a group of 12 as advertised. The open concept in the living/kitchen area is more than adequate. We were able to connect our Nintendo Switch to the TV and had plenty of room to move around. The pool was an extra special treat with plenty of lounge chairs to soak up some sun. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
The house was great! A short walk to the beach, very clean and peaceful. The pool was awesome for when the kids wanted a break from the ocean. We had a great time. Definitely recommend!
Loved the jack and jills bathrooms, Roku was a plus, we stocked and was great I could bring my dog with me. We will rent again
House was very clean and in a great location. Only a few steps from the beach and the front porch was awesome to people watch. We really enjoy our stay at this location. One thing I would make note of is there is no steps from the house- straight to the back yard/pool area. You have to use the steps at the front of the house, and go through the gate. It’s not a big deal but was challenging with dogs and a baby. One other thing is the basement/game room is not connected. You have to go down the front steps and into the back porch.
This property was beautiful! Newly renovated, clean and spacious! Our family of four had lots of extra room and a place for our two dogs they loved their area as well as we were able to keep them in the fenced in yard and the cement floor with the A/C next to the pool. We just had brought their doggie beds. It is a great location for the beach and local restaurants. A short walk to the grocery store. We look forward to staying again.
My friends and I just stayed at Traces of the Sea and it being a new remodel we were one of the first to experience this secret gem! When you step in you are greeted by a beautiful open concept living room and kitchen with state of the art stainless steel appliances,granite counter tops and gorgeous black backsplash. Plenty of seating at a beautiful farmhouse style wood table and chairs plus extra seating at the island with 3 bar stools. The living room has a large comfortable sectional for relaxing in front of the large screen tv. All four bedrooms have plenty of space, comfy mattresses and the two full size bathrooms are very modern with double sinks and shower and tub decorated with a beautiful tile design. We will be returning soon!
