This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
A getaway to North Myrtle Beach, SC can be just as accommodating and perfect as a vacation that is planned months in advance. No worries because Summer Fun beach house is a second-row rental that gives you location, amenities and comfort. You are going to love it here.
Invite some extended family or some friends or neighbors because this four-bedroom delight features two full baths. This beach house on stilts has a large porch with seating so you can relax outdoors and enjoy the fresh ocean air during your vacation. And as guests of Summer Fun it is super easy to cross the street with your beach tote and set up for an afternoon on the warm sand where you can listen to the waves crash ashore. What a restful scenario.
Cook meals in the fully furnished kitchen at Summer Fun and do some laundry without leaving the premises as a washing machine and clothes dryer are provided for you. Several TVs and DVD players allow you to stay up with your favorite shows or maybe catch a movie. WIFI access is available in Summer Fun, too.
Outside you will find a grill so you can have a barbecue at the beach. Your vacation can also include a few meals out on the town as the Myrtle Beach area features more than 1,500 restaurants from which to choose. Make it a date night with tickets to one of the live entertainment theatres, too.
During the day the amusements and attractions are seemingly endless. Golf courses are numerous and there are water parks, zip line rides, water sports and so much more just minutes away from Summer Fun. This property was absolutely perfect for our family! The location was ideal with very easy access to the beach. The house was well equipped and the kitchen had almost everything we needed (i like hot tea in the morning so a kettle for boiling water would’ve been a nice addition). I would highly recommend this house and will definitely consider renting this property again should we find ourselves in the area.
This property was wonderful. Clean and spacious. The porch was so wonderful everyone loved it. The outside shower is hot/cold water. Beach is right across the street. We are staying again 2020.
