This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.

Heading up to the 2nd level you’ll discover the master bedroom and bathroom, along with a second bedroom and bathroom. The 3rd level features a bonus room with arcade games and a PS4. There’s even a wet bar for convenient snacking, with a minifridge and microwave. The third bedroom and bathroom is also on the 3rd level. Get some fresh air out on the 3rd floor covered balcony; the perfect spot to watch the trees swaying in the ocean breeze. Shell or High Water ensures everyone has a relaxing and hassle-free vacation. There’s even an electric vehicle charger! And for an added bonus- Shell or High Water is pet friendly with a 35lb limit per dog (2 dogs allowed) and a $300 refundable deposit.
