Sea Winds 704 has classic white décor with touches of color. The first thing you see when you walk in the door is a spacious great room that has a dining area, kitchen, and living room. The best feature is the floor to ceiling sliding glass door that looks out onto the 27-foot private and covered balcony. You can get some shade from the sun or shelter if it rains and still be able to look at the unbeatable views. The view from the private oceanfront balcony is breathtaking! The walls and ceiling positioning are perfect for catching sea breezes, sun rays, and afternoon shade while being very private! Teak rocking chairs, standard chairs with side tables, and a bistro set of tall chairs/table is the perfect place for morning coffee or reading a book. Or relax with a cool beverage in the evening as the sun sets and colors the ocean with lovely hues!
Plenty of delightful amenities will entice you to relax, including a beautiful walk-in shower in the master bathroom and a granite-topped wet bar. A washer and dryer in the condo allow you to keep ahead of wet towels and bathing suits! The heated indoor pool (year round!) is great for families, and a relaxing hot tub in the pool area is the perfect spot to chill. An outside shower on the walk from the beach helps keep the sand at bay. For wind-down entertainment, complimentary WIFI, four flat-screen TVs (and plenty of convenient USB plug-ins in several wall outlets). Recently installed new central heat and air are the practical comfort side to this luxury rental.
The Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach is close to many terrific entertainment options and attractions in the Grand Strand. The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Broadway at the Beach, and Barefoot Landing are just minutes away. So many possibilities await as you discover all the shopping venues, golfing opportunities (including championship golf courses), and dining options. From classic seafood spots to high-end dining, there are SO many choices! Enjoy adventures at water parks or sports- from parasailing to chartered sailboat trips. Dinner cruises and fishing charters are other ways you can enjoy the coast!

Beautiful unit, owners thought of everything, beds are comfortable, but can you put a stool on the side of the bed short people have to jump into the bed (lol) Very clean!!
