Homeowner Disclosure of Exterior Cameras
There is one camera at each pillar on the front of the beach house, each facing a gate that enters/exits the property. Another camera is located halfway up the back stairs facing the side gate adjacent to beach access. The last camera faces the tree lights, the spillway, and the custom lighting and bowl water feature.NOTICE! We rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties. This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
For an amazing Elite vacation experience that is sure to impress all of your guests, Sand Dollar has a prime ocean front location directly next to the handicapped beach access! This house is perfect for family reunions, golf groups, baby reveals, weddings, time away with close friends, couples retreat, corporate events and more! This property has a gorgeous one of a kind inground heated swimming pool (for a fee) & spa, eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, four living room areas, two coffee bars, a tiki bar and private balconies marsh side and ocean side.
Sand Dollar pulls out all the stops with fantastic amenities and accommodations. The kitchen has everything you need, including TWO refrigerators, TWO microwaves, and TWO dishwashers. The house stays cool even during the hottest summer days with central heating and air conditioning. Keep up with laundry by using the in-unit washer and dryer. Each bedroom is spacious and the bathrooms are as well. SEVEN of the bathrooms have walk-in showers and we have TWO tubs if you need to sit and relax. Stay in for a night and watch a movie with the family in one of our FOUR living areas. There are flat screen TVs. Complimentary WIFI is available throughout the entire house. There is even an elevator, so it will be easy to reach every level.
There is a game room complete with two arcade games each offering 58 games, the famous Golden Tee and a fuse ball game. The second game room houses a gorgeous blue billiards table. The ocean may be steps away, but if you don’t want to swim in it, you have your own gorgeous backyard oasis. This professionally designed one of a kind pool area has Four Gorgeous spillways, elegant lighting, a 35'x15' pool, spa, and a luxurious Italian marble patio. The pool is surrounded by palm trees, chaise lounges, and a dining set and can be heated for a fee. Luke's playroom is an additional bonus filled with beach toys, games and more!
Sand Dollar is close to many restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. The Cherry Grove area has seafood restaurants, an arcade, souvenir shops, and a mini-golf course. Beyond the Cherry Grove area are multiple championship golf courses. Myrtle Beach is a golf Mecca known for its beautiful golf courses. Shopping is also prominent with places like the Tanger Outlet Mall, Coastal Grand Mall, and Barefoot Landing. Go on a culinary adventure and pick a restaurant to try. There are over 1500 restaurants in the area, and you can find almost any type of food. Get up close to wildlife at Alligator Adventure or Ripley’s Aquarium. Location, location, location! Perfectly located in the heart of Cherry Grove, close to all the action. This house is so well appointed that you will never want to leave. Two game rooms, pool, hot tub and a living room on every floor. What more could you ask for!
