The entire condo was recently renovated and is beautifully decorated with a light blue and white paint scheme and with upscale wood look tile throughout, granite counters in kitchen and baths and designer decorator touches. All three bathrooms have luxury tiles and rain shower head in the master bath that you won’t see in most other beach condos. New furniture, bedding and kitchen upgrades. The homeowner association has renovated the entire exterior, added hurricane prevention sliders, and totally rebuilt both balconies. You will feel at peace as you relax in the private condo with all the creature comforts of home. There is central heating and air and an in-unit washer and dryer. Everyone can stay connected and entertained with four flatscreen TVs and complimentary WIFI. Take advantage of the 65’ TV in the living room and host a family movie night.
