This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Plan to have your next family reunion/best friend getaway at Lemon Tree North, an oceanfront vacation rental duplex, in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Located in the Cherry Grove section, this rental duplex has four bedrooms and three baths. Decorated in soft, beachy colors, you can also choose to rent during the off season and enjoy special monthly winter rates.
Lemon Tree North is also pet friendly (pet under 35 pounds) with a $300 refundable pet deposit. You won’t need to put your best four-footed friend in a kennel for this vacation. You can see how they react at walking on the beach and tasting the salty ocean water for the first time. They will feel right at home sleeping by your bed at night. The living room has comfortable furniture and that stunning oceanfront view. You will want to spend a lot of time on the deck relaxing. There is patio furniture on the balconies too for everyone to find their own space to unwind.
The large galley kitchen in Lemon Tree North is bright and spacious and will be a great spot for conversation between the chef and guests while preparing a delicious meal for everyone. The large cupboards will hold all the ingredients you need as well as snacks and treats. The large dining area will be great for gathering together for a meal or playing a game.
The rental duplex has a total of flatscreen TVs (1TV no cable) and a DVD player to provide entertainment for everyone. Gather the family and hold a movie night in the living room. WIFI is also available so you can keep up with your social media. A short walk away from Lemon Tree North is Boulineaus, a grocery and sundry store, with a restaurant as well. It’s an institution in North Myrtle Beach. It’s always fun to be able to get everything you need in one stop.
