Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
This quaint beach cottage will provide a serene and relaxing backdrop to your spectacular beach vacation.
Inside you’ll find hardwood flooring in the living room along with plush furniture, flatscreen TVs, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. After a long day at the beach, be sure to stop by for a dip in the outdoor community pool before heading inside. The kitchen area contains full-size appliances for prepping your own meals as well as plenty of counter and cabinet space for placing supplies. The back patio is a great place to relax with its outdoor table and chairs for swapping stories over a warm meal or cold drinks.
Myrtle Beach is known for its many championship golf courses, family attractions, and great dining options. Plan a trip and see what all of the fuss is about.

Pretty nice place
This cottage was absolutely beautiful! It was beautifully decorated and very clean! My family really loved the atmosphere and how close the beach was. They definitely loved that community pool! All the bedrooms were pretty comfortable. My only complaint is the back bed rooms bed wasn’t very comfortable. And the TV definitely needs upgrading, being able to connect to our streaming services would have been nice, but other than that this place is perfect! I will definitely be coming back!
Our stay at Elliott Beach Rental's was nice, only a few complaints, but nothing too major. I’d say that the back bedroom, the bed could be upgraded, it’s very low and a little uncomfortable, the tv is also out of date, it would lose signal while we watched it. Thankfully we only needed it at night and not during the day. The beach and pool is walking distance. I can say that we did enjoy ourselves, there is plenty of things to do in Myrtle beach. We would most definitely visit again. Thank you Elliott for renting to my family and I.
When we first arrived there was a little bit of a trash issue out back HOWEVER the lady at the office was so kind and efficient in getting it taken care of. Everything was really nice. Pool was a little smaller than expected but we still enjoyed it! Loved all of the security cameras on the outside of the property. Made us feel more safe than staying in a hotel!!! Thank you Elliott Rentals! We hope to be back soon.
Great place overall, good things: kitchen is pretty big, it’s a safe area, a lot of parking spaces, check in and out was super easy, good communication with the people in charge, the tv remote was missing and got a new one the next day so that was good.
Overall, my family and I did enjoy our stay. This cottage is 1.5 blocks from the beach, which made carrying all our beach gear easier and a selling point! The host did have some items that were available to use at the beach and board games too
Enjoyed our week at the beach house. It was perfect location, literally across the street from the beach. Quiet neighborhood.

The unit is very nice and very quiet. I recommend it. I really liked the place and the cleanliness.
It was a very nice, clean, and affordable stay. It was very nice to be 2 blocks away from the beach. The only thing that would be nice is to have a definite time for check in. Although I didn’t wait a long time.
The house appears small but we had plenty of room for my husband and I, and 2 teenager boys. Everything looks so new and was conveniently located. Plenty close enough to walk to and from the beach.
