The channel is right at your fingertips, the beach is just a short walk away, and amusements are right down the road. The rental includes two parking passes, and the unit is non-smoking. Beach Cottages at OD B32 is well maintained and comfortable. Guests will feel at home in this two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath condo.
The kitchen is fully equipped at Beach Cottages at OD B32. Cooking and cleaning after is a breeze with all the essentials, such as a stove/oven, large refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. You will enjoy the ocean life décor featuring pictures of sea life and the ocean. The kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly. Natural light brightens the entire space, streaming through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door. The private balcony is furnished, overlooking the channel and picnic area below. The balcony offers the perfect space for spending precious alone time or sitting with your special someone. You will still be able to smell the ocean air and hear the sounds of the beach from the condo. Catch up on your favorite TV shows on one of the three flatscreen TVs. Use WIFI to stay entertained and connected. Each spacious bedroom has a window, and three window A/C units keep the unit comfy and cozy no matter the time of year.
While the indoors have plenty to offer, there is more to be found outside the condo. The beach is just a short walk away. Pack a picnic lunch and spend the entire day soaking up the sun on the Grand Strand. Gather seashells with your children, build sandcastles, and jump ocean waves. Read your favorite author’s latest bestseller while sitting underneath a beach umbrella. If you don’t like to swim in the ocean, feel free to dip in the outdoor pool. The pool deck has lounge chairs and a picnic area beside it. There is a grill and picnic tables, so feel free to grill up your family’s favorite treat. Watch your family enjoy the pool as you cook. Not only does Barefoot Landing offer plenty of shopping, but also restaurants and attractions as well. There are casual eateries like Lulu’s, River City Café, and California Pizza. Experience upscale dining at the House of Blues, Café de Paris, and the Greg Norman Australian Grille. Attractions include Alligator Adventure, the Alabama Theatre, and the Crooked Hammock Brewery Tours. Nearby is the Duplin Winery, where you can attend a wine tasting and sample at least ten sweet, muscadine wines made in neighboring North Carolina. This place is the definition of a hidden gem. The way they decorated the rooms with the pirate theme are so stinking cute. If you have little ones, they are going to love it. I also was not expecting it to be that close to the beach. The view of the lake alone was worth the price.
Unit is quiet, family oriented. Centrally located and convenient. Unit is spacious and adequately furnished and furnishings are comfortable. WiFi service is good. Pool/outdoor area is nice and well-maintained.
