Beach Colony 1607 offers all you would need from the flat screen TVs, wireless internet, and full-size appliances in the kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee with a stunning view of the tranquil blue waters from either the breakfast nook inside or on the gorgeous oceanfront balcony. Unit has one bedroom with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa murphy style. One full bathroom the unit will sleep six. With direct beach access from the pool deck, you can easily bring your beach chairs and umbrella out for a fun day in the sun. Spend your downtime at the racquetball court or at the onsite game room for some friendly family competition.
After you indulge at one of the many ice cream parlors around town, don’t forget to end the night with some time in the sauna or one of the two outdoor pools. A little chilly? Take a dip in one of the whirlpool hot tubs and bask in the glow of the setting sun. I am very pleased with Elliott Beach Rentals. From booking to check-in, everything went smooth. The condo was exactly as advertised. I will definitely use Elliott for my next trip to Myrtle Beach.

We enjoyed staying at the oceanfront condo at the Beach Colony resort. Condo is clean, bright and spacious for 2 of us. It had everything that we needed and we felt that we are at home, Bed, mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The condo is perfectly located between Barefoot Landing and Broadway on the Beach, just a short 10 minutes drive, There are many theaters, restaurants and cafes in the area. The beach is beautiful. We had a great time, and hope to come back next year! Thank you.

This listing was amazing. Such a cute little condo perfect for my son and I. It was very clean and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud- best sleep I’ve had in weeks. The pools were nice, loved the hot tub. Also the bar and grill there was fun. All in all, I would definitely book again. Elliott Beach Rentals was always just a call away, very friendly at the office. I definitely recommend this place- you won’t be disappointed!
The place was just as pictured. It was very accommodating for me and my family as i have a 2 year old that loved the kiddie pool.

Everything was very nice. Would definitely stay here again. Only one thing, too many bed pillows, no where to store them! Overall, this is a 5 star condo.
We had an awesome time. The weather was perfect. The Condo was immaculate all new beds, new furniture. The bed was so comfortable, we slept great every night. We cooked in almost every night and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. The balcony was very quiet and peaceful as it overlooked an incredible ocean view. This condo was so cozy. I highly recommend staying here, the amenities were awesome. We loved getting in the hot tub and swimming in a heated pool. We will definitely stay here again and again!
