This condo is the perfect location! It is well stocked and very clean and welcoming. Although cut short by hurricane Debby we always love our times in Folly and will definitely be back!

The condo on the beach was just what the doctor ordered for me and my family. Spending time on the balcony was like sitting on the beach, which made for a great vacation with kids who are not always sure what is next. We had an amazing vacation! Thank you! Angel and Family.

We spent a week at this property and really enjoyed our stay. The good: Getting checked in/out was a breeze, we Vrbo every year and this was the easiest it’s ever been on us to check in/out The location is perfect to walk the boardwalk The beach out front is easy to access and not nearly as busy as other areas The pools had some variety to keep the kids busy The unit is a good size and comfortable A/C was cold and the beds were comfortable Kids loved the bunk beds All appliances are newer and worked great Couple of things to note: Unit needs updating in the bathrooms but nothing that effects the function of the fixtures The WiFi is hit or miss in the complex and the smart tv in the bunk bedroom did not connect so it was basically useless.
We had a great time! Everything was as pictured and the ocean views were phenomenal. Lots of things to do within walking distance. We loved that there was a washer and dryer in the condo as well as some sand toys/umbrella stands. We even left a boogie board for the next group to use!
