This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
The beach is calling your name from A Step Away! Merely two short blocks from the ocean, this North Myrtle Beach vacation house is close to everything – from the Cherry Grove Pier to sequined singers at the Carolina Opry in Myrtle Beach. Its prime location will keep everyone in your group happy, including the golfers and the foodies. Those who are beaching it for the day will love that they can easily walk back and forth when it's time to refill the cooler or grab some lunch.
A Step Away features a welcoming front porch, where you can eat at the patio table or just stretch out and enjoy the day. You'll also appreciate the outdoor shower and the fenced area where you can throw spicy shrimp or juicy burgers on the grill. Inside this bright and well-maintained home, you'll find comfortable furnishings, a modern kitchen, two dining tables so everyone can eat together, and a roomy master bath with a walk-in shower. There's a tub too, in case you have little ones who need a bath.
When not jumping waves or tanning on the beach, you'll be pleased to discover some local favorites nearby: Benito's Brick Oven Pizza, Lost Treasure Mini Golf, 810 Billiards & Bowling, and The House of Blues at Barefoot Landing. And at the end of the day, this vacation home makes it a pleasure to return to the beach for an evening stroll.
