This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This stunning resort is brimming with lavish amenities and features, and you can enjoy its gorgeous landscape for your beach vacation.
North Beach Resort Cantor Villa 4816 is a stunning vacation home rental. There are three private spacious bedrooms and three-and-one-half baths. There is 2,000 heated square feet in this home, making it larger than many beach houses in the area. Your family and friends will definitely be comfortable in these spacious surroundings.
The luxurious touches throughout this vacation home include granite counters, stainless appliances, various small appliances, and a well-equipped kitchen., The home has flatscreen TVs and free WIFI. There is a washer and dryer in the rental. The property is equipped with a ping pong table, foosball table, beach chairs and lots of other beach equipment.
As guests of North Beach Resort Cantor Villa 4816, you will have access to resort amenities including three acres of swimming pools, a swim up bar, lazy river, kiddie pools, hot tubs, large sundeck, and other water amenities. Rent a cabana and make your hours spent outside as comfortable and convenient as possible. You can visit the Cinzia Spa or get in a workout at the fully equipped on-site fitness center. Cookout on the comfortable outdoor patio, equipped with a gas grill. Of course, you could leave the cooking to the on-site restaurant, including the 21 Main Prime Steakhouse, or you could venture beyond the resort grounds to one of the more than 1,500 restaurants in the North Myrtle Beach area. Take the free shuttle anywhere on the property so you can save your energy for fun activities.
For fun, you do not have to look far. Live entertainment, theatres, shopping, championship golf courses (golf packages available), ziplines, water sports and the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel are all nearby. Barefoot Landing is directly across the street from the resort and boasts numerous restaurants, bars, unique shops, world class entertainment and great views of the Intracoastal Waterway.
The weather in the area is comfortable year-round. We offer long terms rental opportunities in the off season.

This house felt like home. Such attention to detail with the decor and furnishings. Loved how clean it was. Would absolutely stay again.
Great stay at Cantor Villa. Great location, amenities and proximity to Barefoot Landing which adds a huge bonus. The house was accommodating and comfortable for our family. We loved the location and amenities of the resort with the pool.
Vacation was everything I hoped for and this villa was the cherry on top. Everything was well maintained and clean. Would definitely return!

What an amazing property with easy beach access. The home was exceptionally clean and was beautifully decorated. We had zero issues with anything during our vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to walk to amenities that are a short distance away. Overall, 10 out of 10!
